EXPLORE! では、ツアーやチケットの予約ページへのリンクの一部がアフィリエイトリンクです。これらのリンクには「PR」と表示します。リンク先で予約されると、運営者が提携先から紹介料を受け取ることがあります。お客さまが支払う料金は変わりません。
主な提携先（予定を含む）：Viator、GetYourGuide、KKday、Klook。
おすすめのスポットやコメントは、運営者が自分で選び、書いたものです。紹介料の有無で内容を変えることはありません。予約・支払い・キャンセルは各提携先のサイトで行われ、その条件とプライバシーポリシーは各提携先のものが適用されます。
In EXPLORE!, some links to tour and ticket booking pages are affiliate links. They are marked "PR". If you book through one, we may receive a commission from the partner. The price you pay does not change.
Main partners (including planned partners): Viator, GetYourGuide, KKday, Klook.
We choose the spots and write the comments ourselves, and commissions do not change what we recommend. Booking, payment and cancellation happen on the partner's site, under the partner's own terms and privacy policy.
プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy
合同会社ChapterTwo（以下「当社」）は、EXPLORE! と HUNGRY?（以下「本アプリ」）の利用者の情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。
Chapter Two LLC ("we") handles information about users of EXPLORE! and HUNGRY? ("the apps") as follows.
1. 集める情報 / What we collect
本アプリは、登録やログインが不要です。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などは集めていません。
- EXPLORE!：質問への回答は、お使いの端末の中だけで処理し、当社には送信しません。現在、利用データは当社に送信していません。
- HUNGRY?：「行きましたか？」や 👍/👎 で回答した場合、回答内容（お店のID・名前、良い／良くない、表示言語、日時）と、端末ごとのランダムなID（個人を特定しない番号）を当社に送信します。これは、みんなの評価を表示するために使います。
- 位置情報（HUNGRY?）：お使いのブラウザで許可した場合のみ、近くのお店までの距離を計算するために使います。位置情報は端末の中で使うだけで、当社には送信しません。
The apps need no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
- EXPLORE!: Your quiz answers are processed only on your device and are not sent to us. At present, EXPLORE! sends no usage data to us.
- HUNGRY?: If you answer "Did you go?" or tap 👍/👎, we receive your answer (restaurant ID and name, good/not good, app language, time) and a random device ID that does not identify you. We use it to show ratings from other guests.
- Location (HUNGRY?): Only if you allow it in your browser, your location is used on your device to show the distance to nearby restaurants. It is not sent to us.
2. 今後の利用統計 / Future usage statistics
本アプリの改善のため、今後、個人を特定しない形の利用統計（どの画面やボタンが使われたか、表示言語、日時など）を集めることがあります。その場合も、氏名や連絡先などの個人情報は集めません。
To improve the apps, we may in the future collect anonymous usage statistics (for example which screens or buttons are used, app language and time). Even then, we will not collect personal details such as your name or contact information.
3. Cookie と端末への保存 / Cookies and local storage
本アプリは Cookie を使っていません。表示言語などの設定や、HUNGRY? で地図を開いたお店や回答状況を、お使いの端末のブラウザ（localStorage）に保存します。また、オフラインでも開けるように、アプリのファイルを端末に保存します（Service Worker）。これらはブラウザの設定からいつでも削除できます。なお、提携先のサイトに移動すると、そのサイトが紹介元を記録するために Cookie を使うことがあります。
The apps do not use cookies. They save settings such as your language, and in HUNGRY? which places you opened or rated, in your browser (localStorage). To work offline, the app files are also saved on your device (service worker). You can delete all of this at any time in your browser settings. When you open a partner's site, that site may use cookies to record that you came from us.
4. 外部サービス / Third-party services
- Google マップ：「行き方」や地図のボタンは Google マップを開きます。Google マップでは Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- Google Fonts：文字の表示に使います。読み込みの際、Google にお使いの端末のIPアドレスなどが送られます。
- Google Apps Script：HUNGRY? の回答の受け取りと集計に使います（上記1）。
- Stripe：HUNGRY? のチップ（任意）は Stripe の決済ページで支払われます。カード情報は Stripe が扱い、当社は受け取りません。
- 提携先・公式サイト：アフィリエイトの提携先や、スポットの公式サイトへのリンクがあります。リンク先では、各サイトのポリシーが適用されます。
- Google Maps: "Directions" and map buttons open Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts: used to display text. When fonts load, Google receives your IP address and similar technical data.
- Google Apps Script: receives and counts HUNGRY? answers (see 1).
- Stripe: optional tips in HUNGRY? are paid on Stripe's payment page. Stripe handles your card details; we never receive them.
- Partners and official sites: the apps link to affiliate partners and to the official sites of spots. Their own policies apply there.
5. 使う目的 / How we use it
集めた情報は、本アプリの提供と改善、評価の表示、お問い合わせへの回答のためにだけ使います。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。情報を売ることはありません。
We use this information only to run and improve the apps, show ratings and reply to your messages. We do not share it with third parties without your consent unless required by law, and we never sell it.
6. 改定 / Changes
このポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページでお知らせします。
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page.
